Privacy Policy
This policy describes information processed by SocialWire when you use the Discord bot, dashboard and website.
1. Information processed
SocialWire may process Discord user identifiers, guild identifiers, guild names, channel and role identifiers, creator tracking configuration, notification templates, delivery logs, webhook configuration and operational diagnostics necessary to provide the service.
2. Discord authentication
The dashboard requests Discord identity and guild information so it can determine which installed servers you are authorized to manage. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in to the dashboard.
3. Notification data
SocialWire stores creator targets and delivery-related records so it can detect changes, avoid duplicate notifications, route messages and provide operational history.
4. Outgoing webhooks
If you configure an external webhook, relevant delivery events may be transmitted to the URL you provide. You are responsible for the privacy and security practices of that receiving service.
5. Cookies
The control panel uses an HttpOnly session cookie for authentication. Public marketing pages do not require an account session.
6. Retention
Configuration is generally retained while a server uses SocialWire. Operational logs may be retained for troubleshooting and analytics. Define a formal retention period before commercial launch if required for your deployment.
7. Security
SocialWire uses access checks for managed guilds, OAuth state validation and optional HMAC signing for outgoing integrations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You can remove the bot, delete configured trackers and integrations, or contact the service operator regarding stored configuration associated with your server.
9. Contact
Contact the service operator for questions about this policy or information processed by SocialWire. You can also contact Discord regarding their privacy practices at https://discord.gg/contact.
